Through Yoga, conducted by an experienced and certified child yoga teacher, children learn focus, flexibility, balance, and calm breathing, helping them build body awareness and emotional regulation from a young age.
With Soccer, children develop coordination, teamwork, resilience, and confidence, learning how to move with purpose, cooperate with others, and enjoy healthy challenges.
