Congratulations to all the participants who completed the and Accreditation.
What makes these programmes meaningful is that they are not simply about learning another tool or framework. They are about understanding ourselves better, understanding others differently, and becoming more intentional in how we work with people.
IDENTI3 Pocket Personality introduces coaches, trainers and HR professionals to IDENTI3's Perfect8 profiling system. In just 8 questions, Perfect8 provides insights into 16 behavioural traits, helping participants understand personality patterns, strengths, blind spots and differences in the way people think, communicate and work.
For professionals, this provides another lens for understanding people beyond job titles and resumes. For coaches and facilitators, it creates a practical starting point for deeper conversations around self awareness, relationships, teamwork, leadership and development.
As Allysia Ling shared in her testimonial:
"People don't need to be fixed. People need to be understood, developed and placed in an environment where they can thrive."
That is exactly the philosophy behind IDENTI3.
Pocket Coach then takes this understanding one step further by helping coaches turn profiling insights into meaningful coaching conversations.
Using the D.E.E.P coaching framework, Download, Emphasize, Explain and Progress, coaches are given a practical structure to ask better questions, explore what is really happening beneath the surface, and help the coachee discover their own answers and move towards action.
As Zainal Abas Ramlan reflected:
"Sometimes, knowing what to ask is more powerful than knowing what to say."
This is particularly valuable for both new and experienced ICF coaches. New coaches gain a practical structure to support their coaching conversations, while experienced coaches can use IDENTI3 as an additional lens to deepen exploration and uncover perspectives that may otherwise remain unseen.
Perhaps the most powerful part of the accreditation is the personal journey.
Dr Marc EE described his experience through three words: clarity, acceptance and flexibility. Understanding his own traits gave him greater clarity about who he is, acceptance of his natural tendencies, and the flexibility to understand how he could better complement and support others.
Ratna Juita similarly reflected on how understanding her own profile helped her recognise both her strengths and blind spots, reinforcing that self awareness is not about putting ourselves into a box. It is about understanding how we are wired so we can grow more intentionally.
To all our newly accredited IDENTI3 Facilitators and Coaches, congratulations.
The certificate marks the completion of the programme.
The real journey begins with applying what you have learned to help people understand themselves, understand others and work better together.
Thank you Dr Marc EE, Zainal Abas Ramlan, Allysia Ling and Ratna Juita for sharing your reflections and giving permission for us to learn from your experiences.
Know yourself. Understand others. Work better together. Transform with purpose.
Our next accreditation in Singapore will be on 18th Sept 2026 (9 am to 6 pm). Kindly email for more information
