Closing the door on this school year feels bittersweet. The hallways are about to get way too quiet without us. I’ll miss the energy of this room, just like how the girls used to turn the back row into a parlor and how the boys treated the back of the class like a five-star cafeteria.

Looking back, it’s the little things I’ll hold onto: Derek on his phone, the constant jamming from Mikhail or Spotify vibes from Sirach during free time, and even the scoldings from our president when things got a little too loud. We put so much hard work into our projects and shared so many laughs along the way. It’s not a final goodbye, just a “see you next year.” I can’t wait to see everyone back in these seats soon. 🥹
