Some quilts came back from machine quilting. Every time I have such a nice surprise. Each time the quiltings is different.

2026 Chinese New Year Project, featuring the horse from the Chinese zodiac! 🐎 You can choose to purchase the pattern or enroll in our block of the month class, which will take you on a journey through the zodiac signs, concluding with the goat. The technique used is FPP. Let us know if you are interested.
Date: 24 and 31 January 2026 Saturday (2 days class)
Time: 2 to 4 pm
Fee: $150 includes horse pattern and use of sewing machine.

It was an eventful and transformative year. The shift from a traditional shop to a home-based studio was a significant challenge.
In 2025 we had some old favorites and some new classes (FPP Asian Sampler, Snake Quilt, Row by Row, Dear Jane with personalized appliques, and 2 types of quilted patchwork jackets). I pictured only a few of them. There are many more to come this year. Starting with an FPP horse in January. I plan to design all 12 zodiacs. Maybe as a block of the month?

This Christmas we had two workshops. Here are all the lovely wreath centerpieces, which were completed during those two days.
The wreath can also be made for Chinese New Year or any other celebration.
