Last Tuesday, our students attended an online webinar where they earned the opportunity to learn about the occupations within the PR industry and how to best position themselves to join it.

They got to hear from professionals in the field, Eunice Cheng, Grace Chua and Keith Lin, who gave interesting insights.

Saving the best for the last- meet our President, Beth! She wonders why her phone has no sound, when it’s on silent mode! Beth is also our very own Random Word Generator, as she doesn’t form coherent sentences about 90% of the time. She also goes WAY too close to the screen when skyping with her friends, it’s almost as if she’ll get sucked in and be one with the laptop anytime (be careful, she’s coming for you...)
Above it all, Beth is the mom figure of TP-IPRS and takes good care of every single one of us. She heads the team and brings the Student Chapter to greater heights.

Meet our Publicity Chairman, Sherlene! She’s the one typing out everyone’s captions so obviously she won’t be roasting herself today. Haha! She’s friendly, fun-loving and funny but her friends beg to differ, “She’s loud, noisy and laughs at her own jokes. But don’t worry! If you ignore her, she’ll eventually go away”
