From his first steps on stage as a young boy at Tanglin to leading the Singapore Repertory Theatre, Gaurav Kripalani's journey is a powerful story of risk-taking, grit and passion.
Returning to campus earlier this month to receive the Alumni of the Year Award for Excellence in the Arts, he reflected on the early encouragement that shaped his path, and the resilience required to succeed in the arts.

We are incredibly proud of Amos Yeh's (2025 cohort) achievements as a young artist! Here's a sneak peak of his showcase.
"I had the pleasure of attending Amos Yeh’s solo exhibition ‘Glimpse’ Private View. Amos joined Tanglin in Year 12 and he has made such a huge impression on the Art department and the school. During his time at Tanglin he created numerous murals on the school campus and was our own student ‘artist in residence’. He also achieved 2025 Highest Mark in the World Pearson GCE. He is now in NS but still finds time to create work and showcase it. Next year he will be applying to scholarships at some of the best global art schools. Amos is a role model to all student aspiring artists."
