Our Academy aims to nurture your individual development, whether as a student or a member of our academy, through the study of the traditional Chinese martial arts, “Jow Ga Kung Fu” (周家功夫). Also known as Zhou Jia Quan (周家拳) and Hung Tao Choy Mey (洪頭蔡尾), this unique form of traditional Chinese martial arts was passed down to us from the elders who fled mainland China during the Cultural Revolution.
