The Predator's Playbook: Redefining Your Presence
Predators don't look for the strongest person—they look for the easiest target. They scan for distraction, isolation, uncertainty, excessive compliance, and a lack of awareness.
Take yourself off their list by staying alert, projecting confidence, and trusting your instincts. Stand tall, stay aware of your surroundings, and don't be afraid to set firm boundaries.
Your posture, awareness, and confidence should send one unmistakable message:
"I see you. I am prepared. I am not your victim."

I recently completed my eBook on self-defense. Below is the cover page. It was one of my items in my bucket list of life.
This eBook isn't about becoming a fighter. It's about developing a mindset and operating system built on:
🔺 Awareness – Recognizing danger before it develops
🔺 Action – Making sound decisions under pressure
🔺 Survive – Protecting yourself when avoidance is no longer possible
"Self-defense is not an event you attend; it is an operating system you install."
Because the goal of self-defense isn't to win a fight. The goal is to get home safely. I look forward to helping even more people build confidence, awareness, and resilience.

Wow, found this photo. It was the black belt (1st Dan) grading for those standing behind and those seated below with GM (Dr) He-Yong Kimm in 2005.

Held a self-defense awareness workshop recently for the Singapore Girl Guides Association (SGGA). It was a privilege to have been a part of the SGGA experience. Such an enthusiastic and participative group of young women and leaders. 🔥🙌🙌
