Our unit recently held our Annual General Meeting and Passing-Out Parade, marking the close of an incredible chapter and the beginning of a new one for our unit.
The AGM gave us the opportunity to reflect on the achievements, challenges, and memories that shaped the past year. The POP was a proud yet emotional moment as we officially bade farewell to our seniors who have led, guided, and inspired the unit with their dedication and commitment.
Thank you to Kimuras for your leadership and the legacy you leave behind. Your contributions have shaped the unit in countless ways, and we will continue to carry forward the values and spirit you have instilled in us.
Here’s to the new leadership, new goals, and another exciting year ahead. Once NPCC, always NPCC.

Our unit’s sec 2 and 3 cadets have been training for the Inter-Unit Drills Competition. All of our cadets have been training diligently and have put in their best in the competition. Fortunately, all their hard work paid off as we won second place and made it past area qualifiers!
Great job guys🥳🥳🥳
All the best for zonals💪
Reflections from cadets:
During the Drills Competition, I was really nervous at first. For our trainings, I had complete confidence that my school was going to secure the top 2 spot for the competition although they were still unsure in some areas. Since I was the commander for the entire squad, I also had a bit of stress. If I messed up my commands, the entire squad will execute the drill wrongly. So during the training, I gave myself as much confidence as I could. Before the actual date of the competition, I told myself: If I want it, I need it. So I gave what seemed like my all during the competition. I am sure I could have been better, because everything I’m not made me everything I am. I remember my sir telling our squad: if we don’t make it past the first round, its worth the experience. But to me, giving up is way harder than trying. I’m a champion, so I turned tragedy into triumph. We had a lot of motivational speeches during the training and we managed to clinch the top 2 spot. Overall, I’m proud of myself and my squad for making it to the next round.

Our unit’s annual CCA Day took place earlier this year, and it was an awesome opportunity to showcase what NPCC is all about! From engaging demonstrations to interactive activities, we had a great time meeting so many of you and sharing our passion.
During the CCA Trials, we saw lots of enthusiasm as many of you stepped up to try out our activities. Your energy and interest truly stood out, and we’re excited at the possibility of welcoming new members into our NPCC family.
A big thank you to everyone who visited our booth, participated in our activities, and showed us your support. We hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we did. Here’s to a year ahead filled with growth, meaningful experiences, and unforgettable memories — stay tuned for what’s coming next!

From 19, 22 & 23 December 2025, Squad Lumos successfully completed our Non-Commissioned Officer Camp 💪
From learning the fundamentals of leadership to stepping up and leading one another, this camp challenged them to grow beyond their comfort zones.
Grateful for the journey, the teamwork, and the confidence gained as they prepare to take on their roles as leaders.
We are proud of every member of Squad Lumos and wish them all the best as they step up as Secondary 3 leaders of the unit, leading with responsibility, confidence, and integrity in the journey ahead. ✨

Our Secondary Two cadets recently participated in the Leadership and Mentoring Skills Course (LMSC), where they learned valuable skills to prepare them for future leadership roles within the unit.
Through interactive sessions and team-based activities, our cadets developed their confidence, communication, and mentoring abilities — essential qualities of an NPCC leader.
Well done to Squad Lumos for your active participation and positive spirit throughout the course. We look forward to seeing you grow as capable and inspiring leaders!
