Oriental Beauty

The only Oolong processed tea that uses fine picking, one bud two leaves. Earning it's name as Bai Hao Oolong or White Pekoe Oolong.

It's also the only tea that comes in different shade of colours of white, brown, orange and black because of the different oxidation from the parts of the leaves which makes it such a pretty tea.

For 2 days over the Good Friday holidays, we did 2 days of 4 sessions of Wuyi Rock Tea party (武夷岩茶会), discussing and experiencing the meaning and philosophy of Rock Rythmn (岩韵). We have had a feast of 12 teas, some our own (Parchmen & Co - 百茶门) and some from our friends at Camellia Tea Bar (at Katong Square level 1, beside entrance).

More such sessions coming up, with the launch of each month's tea box. We hope to start with coffee and wine too!
