Our Champs had an exciting and meaningful time exploring the vibrant sights and sounds of Chinatown! 🏮👣 As they observed festive Chinese New Year decorations, lanterns, zodiac displays and bustling shops, they engaged in rich conversations about CNY traditions, colours and symbols.

Through an Amazing Race–style discovery activity using photo clues, the Champs worked together to locate different parts of Chinatown—spotting landmarks and festive displays while building observation, teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills. Along the way, they learnt how Chinatown transforms during the festive season to bring the community together. The K2 Champs also practised real-life skills by planning their spending within a budget as they thoughtfully selected CNY goodies such as love letters and pineapple tarts 🍍🥠—learning that culture, collaboration and thoughtful choices are all part of meaningful real-world learning beyond the classroom.
