This weekend marked the commencement of the ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—™๐—ถ๐˜๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ program. A small but dedicated group of fitness professionals engaged in intensive training, exploring flexible methods for exercise delivery with the use of suspension systems. The curriculum maintained a sharp focus on technical mastery, precise cueing, and optimizing the client experience.
