πβ¨ HISTORY MADE β¨π
Ending a wait of nearly four decades, Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School has once again emerged as champions of the Malay Debate competition.
What makes this achievement even more meaningful is that the team was made up of first-time Bahas 4PM participants. Their journey reflected the values that define every AIzen. They approached each round eager to learn and grow, stood firmly by one another through every challenge, and showed the courage to push boundaries and create history for the school.
This victory reflects the enduring AIzen spirit β one that values resilience in the face of challenges, courage in pursuing excellence, and a steadfast commitment to uplifting one another. Through months of preparation, perseverance and unwavering belief, our debaters demonstrated that remarkable achievements are possible when passion meets purpose and when a community rallies behind a shared goal.
More than a championship title, this is a testament to the strength of teamwork, determination and the pursuit of excellence. It is a proud moment for every AIzen and a reminder that no dream is too distant when we dare to strive for it together.
Congratulations to our debaters, coaches and everyone who contributed to this historic achievement. The road was challenging, the competition was fierce, but together, we proved that anything is possible.
A hard-fought journey, but we did it. β€οΈπ

Voices of the Wild came alive at the 2026 Creative Writing Camp, proudly hosted by AISS!
In collaboration with Naval Base Secondary School, Tampines Secondary School and Orchid Park Secondary School, students spent two inspiring days exploring the power of storytelling, poetry and creative expression alongside fellow young writers from across schools.
Participants attended specially curated workshops by local writers Neil Humphrey (How to Create a Unique Voice in the Age of AI) and Crispin Rodrigues (Experiments in Poetry), while also engaging in enriching sessions led by teachers from our partner schools. Highlights included a Pocahontas-inspired creative writing workshop by Ms Hannah (Tampines Secondary School) and a multimodal creative writing session by Ms Low and Ms Tan.
Through sharing, feedback and collaboration, students sharpened their craft, discovered new perspectives and found their unique voices as writers.
A huge thank you to all our facilitators, teachers and students for making this yearβs Creative Writing Camp a meaningful celebration of creativity and connection.

Not all heroes wear capes β some walk our school corridors quietly, leading with kindness, compassion and heart. β¨
The Silent Heroes Award recognises youths in Singapore who have shown resilience, kindness and dedication in serving others and making a positive impact on the community β often without seeking recognition.
Today, we celebrate our very own Silent Heroes β Aqil Raiyan Bin Mohamed Ridwan, Benjamin Lim Ming Ying and Nicole Goh Tze Leng β for embodying these values through their selfless actions and unwavering commitment to helping others. Your impact may be silent, but it speaks volumes. π
Thank you for inspiring our school community with your humility, courage and compassion.

Today was never just about winning medals. π
It was about showing up, running through the heavy rainπ§οΈ , getting completely drenched, and still choosing to smile, encourage one another and finish strong together.
So proud of our AISS Track & Field students for their resilience, positivity and team spirit at the Evergreen Sec Road Run at Gardens by the Bay today. π§οΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ
The medals were unexpected, but very well deserved. More importantly, the students showed what true sportsmanship and character look like β courage to push on, adaptability in difficult conditions, and empathy in supporting one another.
Thanks to the people behind the planning of this run - itβs such a memorable one β€οΈ
