"Can shrimp-shell waste solve ocean plastic pollution?" - asked by 14-year-old Bao Thi at Green Tech Youth Summit 2025.

Today she's on the ASEAN Scholarship, chasing a spot in NUS's Science Research Programme in 2027 🎓

The person who witnessed that moment is Prof. Duong Hai Minh, our keynote speaker at GTYS 2025. He is an award-winning materials scientist at NUS, turning waste into world-changing solutions. A PhD from the University of Melbourne, research experience at MIT, Cambridge, Tokyo, and Stanford, 16+ patents, and multiple international innovation awards.

From the ancient walls of Beijing to the futuristic skyline of Shanghai, this is the BlueSky Education China Programme 2026. 🇨🇳

7 days. 2 cities. Endless discoveries.

Students walked the halls of Peking University, stood in awe at the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, explored the Great Wall, navigated the hutongs of old Beijing, arrived in Shanghai by bullet train, strolled along The Bund, toured the Volkswagen factory, and visited the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.

This wasn't just a trip. It was a window into China's past, present, and future.

Aprons on, hair nets ready. Our students took over Our BIG Kitchen in Sydney for a Cooking Session that brought out everyone's inner chef. 🍳

Seoul Diaries: Applied AI Camp Wrap-Up 🇰🇷

Our BlueSky Applied AI campers have officially wrapped up an unforgettable program in Seoul!

Held at Yonsei University, this camp took our students through hands-on workshop sessions, a visit to the Samsung Innovation Museum tracing decades of tech breakthroughs, a hanbok photo session at the stunning Gyeongbokgung Palace, and hands-on Korean calligraphy with a local master.

Culture, history, and future-ready learning, all in one unforgettable program. Congrats to our campers on completing Applied AI!

The Youth Change Makers Summit brought together 160+ students from 5 countries in Sydney, and watching them speak up for the planet in languages, cultures, and perspectives from across the globe was something we won't forget.

Thank you to every student, to our MC Sheridan Mortlock , and to keynote speaker Kal Glanznig - Independent for A Ward Sutherland Shire Council for making it such a special morning. 💙
