A table full of good food, a few memorable bottles, and plenty of laughter.

What we enjoy most about wine is not only what is in the glass, but the way it brings people together—sharing impressions, exchanging stories, and watching each bottle evolve throughout the evening.

One of the highlights was the 2008 Château Gazin, Pomerol. It started off very closed and tight, but after around three hours, it gradually opened up and revealed a much softer, more expressive side.

That slow transformation is part of the charm of a truly good wine. 🍷

During our visit to Kunming, we came across a local specialty topped with fragrant rose petals — a unique expression of the region’s culinary traditions and abundant floral heritage. 🌹🥖

Just as wine reflects the character of its origin, local food tells the story of the land, climate, and people behind it.

Exploring these connections deepens our appreciation of place, whether through a glass of wine or a simple loaf of bread.

As summer gently approaches, our vineyards transform into a vibrant ecosystem. This delicate butterfly, captured mid-flight, is a beautiful indicator of a healthy environment.

In biodynamic viticulture, we nurture biodiversity. Every insect, flower, and living organism plays a vital role in balancing our terroir, allowing our Burgundy vines to express its purest form.
