Never|Land may have ended its run a week ago, but excitement over the production still runs high! Thank you for all your notes and letters of support, we love you all very much. Today, we would like to thank one of our very generous creative supporters without whose generous contribution this production would not have been as awesome.

Remember the amazing curtain-call segment of Never|Land played by our very talented live band that got all of you clapping along in rhythm? That would not have been possible without the support of SoundBox Studios, who very kindly loaned us a drumset for the entire duration of the production!

We know that many of you are musically-inclined and are often on the lookout for good and affordable jamming studios to practise in. Here’s our suggestion: SoundBox Studios is a jamming studio for both professional and aspiring musicians, and trust us, it is an amazing place. The band has had wonderful experiences practising in the Rock Room at Soundbox Studios. Gone are the days of jamming in grungy, dimly-lit and shady underground studios in the interests of saving costs –Soundbox Studios presents a much more attractive option at a much lower price. Its (very newly-furnished) jamming rooms are lush and plush, bright and comfy! In case you doubt the existence of such a place, we’ve decided to attach for your reference a picture of the room we used. Afterall, Seeing is Believing, isn’t it?

The only downside? The place gets so comfortable that you might not want to leave (at least that’s how we felt at the end of our session). Okay, lah, there’s another downside about this place: it’s getting increasingly popular, so do call in to book in advance to avoid disappointments!

In addition to its excellent facilities and super-affordable rates, the best thing about SoundBox Studios is that it is located at WATERLOO STREET! Yes, Waterloo Street, just a stone’s throw away from school –it is merely a 3 minutes’ walk from Bras Basah MRT Station! All factors considered, the Never|Land band does not know of any better alternative within the vicinity. In fact, we were quite surprised to hear that SoundBox Studios has been maintaining such a low profile all this while, given its ideal location.

And this is for the geeks out there who are more savvy with finance lingo or simply miss your Finance For Law classes: SoundBox Studios is an undervalued stock. BUY.

Dear all.

With the last sweep of props off the stage, the destruction of the gigantic, beautiful sets, and the final wipe of makeup off faces, the 2012 SMU Law Musical has officially come to a closure.

It hasn't been an easy journey to Never/Land for sure, but the team has managed to pull off a MAGNIFICENT effort tonight, and it was indeed a night to remember.
