"When you think of punk not as a thing, but as a way of being, a way of doing, it gave people a critique and it gave people a practice. And so people still take the inspiration from that and punk was always best when it's doing things in different ways."

How does disability influence mental health in young adulthood?

A nationwide cohort study published in Epidemiology and Psychiatric Sciences followed more than 6 million adults aged 20โ€“39 years in South Korea.

The study found that adults with disabilities had significantly higher risks of developing depressive and anxiety disorders than those without disabilities. Greater risks were observed among individuals with severe disabilities and certain disability types.

These findings provide important evidence to support earlier mental health screening, targeted interventions and informed policy development for adults with disabilities.
