Cultivating a deeper connection with ourselves is a gateway to connecting deeply with others.
Before signing up, a parent expressed concerns and raised questions: What is the objective of this programme? What are the goals? What is being measured? How do you know there will be progress? Truthfully speaking, there are no numbers that we can record to show “success”. Rhythmic Connections is a felt sense. It is deeper than what is shown on a piece of paper.

This parent mentioned that his daughter with ASD has challenges making friends with both neurotypical and neurodiverse kids because they just “don’t get her”. But after attending Rhythmic Connections, we have joyfully witnessed her step into her circle of greatness and share her bright light. She exchanged phone numbers with new friends (after the first session, a peer asked “can we be friends”?) and was always receiving compliments from other peers “you are kind”, “you make a difference”, she learned to consciously listen to others and offered hugs and support when peers expressed heavier emotions. She felt safe to openly share her journey of navigating anxiety and depression yet still expressed deep gratitude for the life she gets to live. Even times when she was tired coming into our sessions, she would still show up and practiced being present with us (she loves when we ease into Savasana).
It has been my greatest honour having her as part of our group. She inspired all of us.

Here’s a testimonial from her father. Thank you. 🌀 We’re excited to welcome her back in term 2 😊 16/07/2024
