We’re not the biggest centre in town.
We don’t run loud ads or plaster top scores on banners. But for the families who’ve found us, often through a quiet recommendation or a chance Google search, Minds@Work by Jeremy becomes something special. We’re a hidden gem.
Not because we want to stay small, but because we’ve chosen to grow slowly. One child at a time, one parent’s trust at a time. In our classrooms, you’ll find a teacher who remembers your child’s name, their struggles, and that moment they finally said, “I get it now.”
That’s how we do things here.
No frills. Just heart, clarity, and consistency. And maybe that’s why the families who find us… stay.

At minds@work by jeremy, we’re not just here for exam seasons. We’re here for the long haul. Many of our students begin with us in their primary school years and choose to stay with us all the way through secondary school. Over time, we become more than just a place for lessons. We become a familiar voice, a steady guide, and a safe space where they’re known, understood, and supported.

This kind of continuity matters. Because when a child learns with someone who’s seen their growth, understands their struggles, and believes in their potential, they feel truly seen. They gain confidence. They begin to take ownership of their learning not from pressure, but from a quiet sense of pride.

And for parents, it brings peace of mind too. There’s no need to restart the search every year or re-explain your child’s needs. With us, that relationship deepens over time. One lesson, one conversation, one milestone at a time.

That’s why so many of our students stay. And why many families return with a sibling, a friend, a cousin, or simply a thank-you.

Consistency is like watering a plant.

You don’t pour a whole bucket once and expect it to bloom the next day.
You water it a little and regularly even when it seems like nothing is happening.

That’s how learning works too.
When your child shows up for class week after week, even on the days they’re tired or discouraged, that steady rhythm helps them grow roots.

But when they miss too many lessons, the growth slows down. Just like a plant left dry, the progress begins to wither.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up again and again.
That’s what gives your child the time and space to grow strong.

At Minds@Work by Jeremy, we don’t chase the A. We build the child. Because real growth takes time.

Snack break is more than just a time to eat — it’s a moment for children to relax, share, and connect with their friends. In those few minutes, laughter is shared, stories are told, and friendships grow stronger. It’s a small but meaningful part of their day.

When you enrol your child in our programme, you’re investing in far more than just a weekly lesson or a physical seat in class. Behind every session are hours of unseen work — from lesson planning, to thoughtful marking and feedback.

We closely track progress, adapt materials to suit each student’s pace, and maintain open communication with parents to ensure that learning continues beyond the classroom. Even when your child is absent, we continue to plan, adjust, and provide support in the background to ensure they don’t fall behind.

Our fees go beyond seat time. They reflect years of teaching experience, deep insight into the local curriculum, and a strong understanding of how children learn best — all of which shape the way your child is supported, guided, and empowered to grow.

To My graduating kids,

Once upon a time, a bunch of tiny Primary 3s walked into class with oversized bags, cheeky smiles, and a million questions. Now? You’re all taller, louder, and ready to take on the world.

We’ve battled tricky maths, conquered science experiments, and probably eaten our weight in snacks during breaks. You’ve grown so much — not just in smarts, but in spirit.

As you graduate, remember:
Mistakes are just proof you’re trying (and sometimes hilarious stories later).
Keep your curiosity alive — it’s your superpower.
I will always be your teacher, even if you’re taller than me now.

Thanks for the memories, the laughter, and the journey. I’m going to miss your noise… I mean, your energy.

Go out there and be awesome.

Say hello to our youngest and smallest class!
This cheerful group of bright-eyed Primary 3 learners is just beginning their journey into upper primary. In our cosy, close-knit setting, every voice is heard and every effort is celebrated. With fewer students, each child receives the attention they deserve, growing with confidence and joy.
Small class. Big hearts. Endless potential.

Dear Parents,

Is your child losing sleep over their upcoming Express Chinese O-Level oral exam? With 25% of their final grade at stake and only 10 minutes to prepare, the pressure overwhelms many English-speaking students in Singapore.

The Express Chinese O-Level Oral exams are coming up in mid-July. Is your child prepared to maximise their marks in this critical component worth 25% of their total grade?

As someone who grew up in an English-speaking Singaporean family and once struggled with Chinese oral examinations myself, I understand exactly what makes this component so challenging.

Join me for a FREE one-hour webinar focused specifically on mastering the Express Chinese O-Level Oral examination, where I'll share:

- The exact scoring criteria examiners use for Express Chinese (information rarely shared with students)
- My proven answering framework that helps students structure better responses
- Strategies to overcome the four most common problems in Express Chinese oral: poor content, weak structure, nervousness, and not answering the question directly
- How to prepare effectively for both reading aloud and video conversation components
- My exclusive resource of 5 broad topics and 50 subtopics consolidated from top headlines and current affairs over the past 2 years

I'm Teacher Leon, a former MOE Chinese Teacher and O-Level Oral Examiner specialising in helping English-dominant students excel in Chinese examinations. Most of my students achieve Merit or Distinction in their oral assessments.

Here's what my students say about my teaching approach:

"The sessions definitely helped me clarify how to approach questions and fine-tune my understanding" - Secondary 4 Student

"I think the lessons have helped me by exposing me to all the types of questions and giving me the chance to try each type so that I have experience and confidence" - Secondary 4 Student

"I learned how to increase the credibility of the evidence I raise by comparing two situations instead of only using personal examples" - Secondary 4 Student

Spaces are limited to ensure I can answer everyone's questions effectively!

🎁 𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗦: All who register will receive my "10 Reading Aloud Practices with Vocabulary from Their Textbook" guide before the webinar!

Registration closes once all spots are filled or by 26th May (whichever comes first).

Looking forward to helping your child overcome their Express Chinese oral examination challenges!
