We were so happy to see Alumni back on campus in the week prior to the Class of 2022 graduation. and came to speak to the graduating class at their Alumni lunch.
This is a taste of their sound advice to the newest Alumni.
Congratulations on making it to graduation, you did it!
Take a moment to digest that the last twelve years have all been leading
up to this week.
1. Always trust your gut. You know yourself better than anyone else, so trust your judgment.
2. Rely on your family as much as you can now because soon you are on your own. Don't forget to call them often!
3. Don’t feel like you have to have it all figured out, trust us, we graduated in the at the peak of the pandemic and nobody knew what was going on.
4. Humble yourselves because you’re now
at the bottom of the food chain as freshmen.
5. Give everything some time. There will be times where it’s really hard but trust the process and know that the bad days make the good days that much more worth it. 100 bad days make for 100 good stories!
We’re so excited for you to start a new chapter in your lives. With that being
said, keep this community in your lives and remember the unique experience you
guys have shared at Stamford. If it weren’t for this Stamford community, we wouldn’t be where we are today and have such strong friendships with each other.
You have made it this far through such harsh and unprecedented times, which allows us to say with certainty that you will all continue to achieve more than you believe you can.
Once again, a huge congratulations to the class of 2022, you should be really
proud.
Remember, once a lion, always a lion.

In the lead up to Senior Graduation for the Class of 2022, we celebrated their entry to the Alumni of Stamford American International School
One of the speakers was Grade 3 student Jiwoo (Chloe) Seo, and this was her speech to the graduates:
Hi my name is Chloe and I am in Grade 3. When you look back on your time in Grade 3 it might seem like yesterday for all of you. But Grade 12 seems like a hundred years away for me. Nevertheless, I am looking forward to following in your footsteps. I am sure it will be exciting and I hope you have enjoyed your journey so far.
On behalf of all elementary students, we would like to wish you all the best on the next part of your journey. Good luck Grade 12 Graduates!

During the past two and a half weeks, Dr. Mark Wenzel has spent time in the Middle School visiting classrooms and meeting the Middle School team. He has put together a short video to tell you a little bit more about his time in the Middle School. This video is a great view of the work happening in the classrooms.

Hello Stamford Alumni.
We’d like to introduce you to the new Stamford Logo.
This has been a journey that started back in 2018 when we were celebrating 10 years as a school and also reflecting on how we had changed and grown. An important part of this process was to further explore a distinctive Stamford Visual Identity System (VIS) that is meaningful and stands out in markets where the Stamford brand operates within.
It’s more than just a logo. It’s a visual representation of our Vision, our Mission and our Values.
As part of the new logo we’re excited to also launch our new Athletics logo. Our athletics logo has been designed to be a representation of all Stamford sports teams with the primary audience being our students. This is very exciting for Stamford Athletics, as it is the first time we have had a unique and specific logo for our Athletes and teams. The lion represents dynamism, power, strength and Stamford Pride. We look forward to seeing our Stamford athletics embracing this new sporting brand.
