Over the past few months, we've had the honour of working with Presbyterian Eldercare at Potong Pasir to Power Up the Silvers' physical health.
We designed strength training and moderate-to-high intensity training to elevate their activity and fitness level.
In this picture we see one of them using the Power Up Strength Bands to develop pulling strength and rotational capacity in a friendly, enjoyable and safe manner.

Athletes commonly dismiss unnatural aches and soreness.
"I'll just train through it. It will go away."
This is a problem. If it hasn't gone away after a week, something is wrong and you need intervention. Don't wait till you need a surgery.
