✨ Don't help me, I might kill you ✨
Have you ever wondered why we sometimes don't receive kindness? It might be because people sense we will bite them back if they do.
This thought took me back to an incident on my way to work. I noticed someone rummaging through items, seemingly looking for recyclables. With a genuine intention to help, I approached him, as I had some items that could boost his income.
I politely asked if he was collecting recyclables, to which he rudely replied, "Yes, what do you want?" Taken aback, I simply smiled and walked away.
This experience made me reflect: instead of pointing fingers, let's consider the times we've unintentionally sent signals that say, "Don't help me; you'll regret it."
Our interactions leave lasting impressions. Let's strive to create ones that invite kindness and understanding. 🌟

A photo of a haunting history
I took this picture yesterday as we welcome the Year of the Dragon. This place has a haunting history from World War II. More than 20,000 Chinese people were here in Chinatown, but sadly, they were later killed on Changi Beach.
This sad reminder from 80 years ago shows how strong people can be. The same street where terrible things happened has seen many generations pass by. It reminds us that time moves on for everyone.
Right now, we are at a point where history and the present meet, with the promise of a future ahead. As time goes on, let's make the most of each moment. Remember and value the past, and work towards a better future.
In the bigger picture, our time is short. Use every chance you get, build relationships, and focus on what really matters to you. As we celebrate Chinese New Year, let's think about the past, enjoy the present, and hope for a future with kindness, understanding, and unity.
Wishing you a happy and prosperous Year of the Dragon, filled with joy and a new appreciation for life's special moments. 🎊

Happening almost every week at Aperia Mall. Perloved clothes ( mostly female clothes) it isn't about being cheap skate, but a lot of these clothes are worn by influences who use them once or twice. what's hearting to see is that recycling of these clothes help cut down consumption of Earth Resources.

Today, I bought something from a seller from Carousell. She came to the door with her mask on and we exchanged greetings.
Then I turned to her and said "You are a Lawyer right?"
Her eyes opened and asked me "HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT?"
I said that's my area of expertise, I do this for a living.
Then, she repeated, "But how did you do that?"
From the cold-reading skills, speech analysis, content analysis, I was spot on.
Coincidentally, Udemy approved my new profiling course today.
