We are happy to have conducted a Basic Counselling Skills (2 days) course for the operations staff of Metropolis Security. 👍👍

This course helped the participants learn about self-awareness and imparted essential communication skills that are crucial in their line of work as they need to manage security guards, talk to various people and handle guest/visitor complaints often.
