We commemorated our 6th birthday- a little milestone- last week with a small celebration in our office with some educational games , a lunch and goodie bags for trainees attending classes that day as well as for our training faculty and staff. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

It has been a fulfilling journey of 6 years, thanks to our excellent faculty and all the trainees and organisations that have trusted us. We look forward to their continued trust and support. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Today, let's introduce and acknowledge one of our key faculty members, Associate Trainer, Mr.Samuel Francis.

Popular among trainees for his knowledge and engaging delivery of courses, Samuel brings 8 years of experience as Head of Department at a security agency.

In that role, he led operations, managed a large team of security personnel, and ensured compliance with industry regulations and standards. He was responsible for developing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, delivering staff training, managing client relationships, and handling incidents effectively. He improved operational efficiency, maintained high service quality, and built strong, long-term partnerships with clients. The role gave him solid expertise in both frontline security and overall department management, which he now shares with our trainees.
