Another group of P5s took on the height elements today, stepping out of their comfort zones one challenge at a time. From cautious first steps to confident finishes, there were plenty of cheers, smiles and proud “We did it!” moments.

We are proud of our P5s for showing courage, pushing their boundaries and giving every challenge their best! 💪✨

Another group of P5 students rowed with the flow today as they went dragon boating! With paddles in hand, they sea-zed the moment and made every splash count alongside their friends.

Definitely an oar-some experience for our students.

On Day 2 of P5 Camp, our students planned and navigated a nature trail around the camp site.

They applied what they have learnt in class through close observation and hands-on discovery. From finding out about the mass of saga seeds to recording their thoughts in journals, they made meaningful connections with the world around them.

During the outdoor segment of the P5 Camp, our P5s explored their surroundings around the campsite, navigated independently and discovered more about the flora and fauna around them. Along the way, they learnt to be more observant and to show care and respect for the natural environment.

Through the height elements, our P5 students learnt more about themselves as they stepped out of their comfort zones, faced challenges with courage and pushed their own boundaries.

By giving their best and persevering even when things felt difficult, they put our school value of Commitment into action.

At P5 Camp, learning goes beyond the activities.

After enjoying their lunch, our students showed Commitment and Respectfulness by taking responsibility for their own spaces and cleaning up after themselves.

Our P5 students had a splashing good time dragon boating together! Through teamwork, encouragement and plenty of laughter, they discovered the joy of sharing new experiences with their friends.

🇸🇬❤️ A Morning of Pride, Purpose and National Spirit! ❤️🇸🇬

What a memorable morning for our Scouts and Head Prefect as they proudly represented our school at the Marine Parade National Day Observance Ceremony! 🇸🇬 The scouts raised the flag while the head prefect led the residents in the recitation of the pledge.

A particularly special moment was having the opportunity to be part of the celebrations alongside Senior Minister of State Mr Goh Pei Ming. For our young leaders, it was more than just a ceremony — it was an experience they will remember, a moment to be proud of, and an opportunity to celebrate Singapore together. ❤️🤍

Celebrating Singapore’s 61st Birthday – Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!

As we celebrate Singapore’s 61st birthday, our Ngee Ann family came together to embrace this year’s National Day theme, “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!” – inspiring us to look ahead with courage, unity and determination as we continue to build our Singapore story together.

This year also marks a special milestone – 60 years of our National Pledge. Our celebration began with the marching-in of the National Flag and School Flag, followed by the Flag-Raising and Pledge-Taking Ceremony. As we recited the Pledge together, we were reminded of the values and aspirations that unite us as one people, regardless of race, language or religion.

We were honoured to welcome 2WO Deveraj from RSAF for the National Day School Outreach. He shared how the RSAF continues to go beyond in safeguarding Singapore and gave our students an exciting glimpse into the RSAF’s involvement in this year’s National Day Parade.

The celebrations continued with vibrant performances by our Chinese Dance and Malay Dance groups, a spirited Singspiration by our Choir, and a special performance by 4 Unity, who brought The Amazing Sarong – A Singaporean Story to life!

We ended the celebration on a high with everyone moving together to the Singapore Workout 2026: Dance of the Nation, before joining in our very own Ngee Ann Wave! It was a meaningful celebration of our people, our shared values, our stories and our love for Singapore.

🌟 Celebrating Me! 2026 🌟

What an exciting and meaningful week it has been at Ngee Ann Primary School! 🎉

Throughout the week, our students enjoyed a variety of fun-filled recess activities that encouraged them to learn more about taking care of both their body and mind. From making healthy lifestyle choices and staying active to building positive habits and looking after their well-being, every activity was an opportunity to learn through play.

A big thank you to our dedicated teachers, parent volunteers, student leaders (PE Monitors & Peer Support Leaders), students from Nanyang Junior College and everyone who contributed to making Celebrating Me! such a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm and support helped create a vibrant and engaging environment for our students.
