👏👏👏 My applause to this Street campaign in Cologne City: "Tapetensprüche by Charlotte Pohle". It shows that harmless things spoken in the family on daily base can kill courage and confidence in the individual/in society.
Here 2 examples: "you won't reach anything anyway" and "keep dreaming (in a very sarcastic entonation)

This is the way some of us artists see the world: colors, colors and colors. What a simple composition made of beges, grays and browns plus colors. Can you abstract this into a artwork in your mind? I can!

The artwork "TRUST, 2021" by Patricia Cabaleiro -  80x100cm: This artwork is a mix of the 3 types of energy (HEAD, HEART AND GUTS) with the GUTS energy being a bit more prominent because of the elements included, not the paint technique.
Yellow stands for the 3. Chacra, which is all about self worth - are you aware of how important you are in this world??

The roots of the tree stands for grounding. You need to be grounded to know your values. Additionally, to be less in your mind, this means less intellectual. To ground yourself you should go to nature, which are  also represented in the collages around the tree.

The gray Dove stands for freedom, as it is flying. The gray color of the dove is dropping to show that this colour is fading and the dove is turning  white - "The white dove means peace, love and hope. It is also the symbol of the Holy Spirit as per Christianity".

Behind the tree: a collage from a very old special book with Chore Music I found in a very special capella in Marburg - I believe that singing is a way to connect with a higher level.

Last but not least: the Arcangel Metatron Cube in the top of the head made out very fine lines:  “A cube is an ancient symbol often associated with, rational mind of a man. It is a symbol of completeness, solidity, and durability. However, the stability entails changes and fluctuations." "Metatron’s Cube starts with the Fruit of Life shape, and connects all 13 circles with straight lines. Metatron’s Cube includes all 5 Platonic Solids hidden inside, symbolizing the underlying geometric patterns found throughout our universe. It’s named after Archangel Metatron, who watches over the flow of energy in creation and provides a connection to the divine. Metatron’s Cube is balanced and provides a visual focal point for meditation. It can replace negative thoughts with positive ones."

Do you like this artwork? Do you feel attracted to it? Would you say that you NEED this type or ENERGY? The artwork "NO BIAS, 2019" 150cm x 120cm belongs to the HEAD session.
I love this artwork and would hang it in my place. Why? Because normally I miss the rational side of things and need this energy to calm me down and be more focused, objective and organised. :-)

The black and white squares means that there are just little room for grays for the HEAD type. Things for this type of persons are mostly either right or wrong and they don't like the gray nuances/emotions/flexibility. They feel safe when they "know where they are".
I included a measurement tool as collage as this energy is about measuring and being exact. Around the head I painted several figurative symbols for the better understanding of the Head type: The elefant stands for a strong memory, the umbrella for protection/safety, the small house for family values and the Turtle,  among others, for the lifelong connection to the origins. The 3 colored colors symbolise the 3 primary colors, again a symbol for objectivity.
The Santiago de Compostela Shell - something i include very often in my work - as a little mantra/reminder that means: the journey is the destination.
I still don't know if we like artworks that emanate the energy we need to be more balanced or the artworks that reflects our own energy because it makes us feel safe. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

As always, my artists quest: do you like this artwork because you need this energy? Or because you feel save with it? Or you don't like it at all? Any of this answers will say something about you/ your needs.
There is no right or wrong answer for that. It's just about YOU learning about YOURSELF. And when you learn to know yourself better, you will be able to make the right choices for YOU. This is your life responsibility/ your soul journey - your blue print.

The artwork "TOGETHERNESS I" 80x100cm belongs to the HEART session because of the elements included, although it is totally painted in a GUTS technique in the background.
The mountains are not really mountains, at least I dint painted them intentionally - they were there wenn I finished the first layer and turned the artwork upside-down.
This happens every now and than when I paint abstract. What I mean is that I see something after have finished layer of paint and have turned the artwork to rest for a few days.
When something like that happens, I just accept and move on including it.
This ARTWORK is belongs to the HEART session because of its meaning. The astonishing background is totally unimportant for the people/kids in the background. For them the only important thing is that they are together, have something in common and know exactly where they belong to - the house displayed on the left side: Their home

Went to the gallerie to take pictures yesterday, as I had forgotten to do so. The exhibition was divided into 3 session: HEAD artworks session, HEART artworks session and GUTS artworks session. I will be explaining here all sessions the following week. The question for the viewers was: "if you like an artworks, which one is it? Head, Heart or Guts session? Your choice will "say" something about you.

"Wisdom", 2021 by Patricia Cabaleiro (1mx1m). This artwork is about choosing consciously to look at the bright side. The angel will be guiding you - if you chose so.
At the bottom the (indigo) blue bars are a collage made from dictionary pages, as it's all about communicating with love, wisely.
On the head a collage from the constellation in the sky - the stars will guide you, if you choose to activate your inner eye.
Although I am not attached to any religion in particular, I am a strong believer. All hand writing in my artworks are the Saint Francis prayer (in Portuguese), as the energy of this lyrics are very important for all of us - specially now.

Exhibition night last Friday. No, I don't have good pictures to really express the feeling around... it was just amazing. Friend from all Over the world and I don't have pictures of them. But they are in my heart. Feeling grateful... again!

Handpainted Lightbox "Aperture" by Patricia Cabaleiro (75cmx52cm).

A "Lightbox" needs to be switched on to be ABLE TO GENERATE LIGHT.

The meaning of Aperture: "The “aperture” is a small opening on the lens that controls the AMOUNT OF LIGHT that gets INTO YOUR CAMERA. Aperture settings are expressed in NUMBERS, which is how you'll see them on YOUR CAMERA."
