Teaching my neighbour how to cook 猪脚迷粉

This Hae Bee Hiam Cappellini is sooo good!! Cooked garlic olive oil with Hae bee hiam, tossed in the Cappellini mixed well. Add prawn stocks and cooking cream, let it sauté for a minute and season salt to taste. So yums!!

Today I cooked my favourite prawn noodles soup😍

Made orhnee using the thermomix.

Tried making Muah Chee with the Thermomix. I love the texture, very soft and nice. I used shallots oil instead of normal olive oil. The taste is amazing! Will make it again.

I just bought Thermomix recently, during my unboxing day, I choose to make chicken stock with. It’s pretty amazing! I must say that it has really powerful blender, that’s the main reason why I get it!! It’s not cheap but I cannot find a better blender than this. 🫢 glad I bought with a great deal! I consider this an investment 🙌🏻

So happy that I’m able to replicate my favourite fishball noodles of > 40years!! Feeling great!!

Vietnamese beef pho! 🇻🇳🥩 This labor of love simmered for hours, infusing the air with fragrant spices. The tender beef slices, delicate rice noodles, and a symphony of fresh herbs await. A squeeze of lime, a dash of Sriracha, and the first sip of that soul-warming broth - pure bliss.

It was so fun to teach one of my colleague’s helper over the weekend. She learnt making Claypot Chicken Rice, Seafood Aglio Olio and dumplings soup.
