Recently, our Hospitality Operations students took part in an interactive role-play activity, simulating real-world hotel check-in scenarios. From front desk receptionists to VIP guests, they practiced handling reservations, welcoming guests, and solving problems under pressure.
A huge shoutout to our lecturers! Their real-time coaching helped students polish their service skills and confidently handle any guest scenario.
This practical training is just one piece of the puzzle. The module also dives deep into the future of the industry, covering revenue management, service quality, online check-in systems, and even robotics and automation.
