Watching families move together in the air was honestly such a beautiful reminder that connection is built in the smallest moments.
🥰 It’s the laughter, the cheering on, the “you can do it”, the little hands reaching out for support. 🤍
What we love most about aerial and movement-based play is how much children reveal through their bodies.
👀 Just by observing their sensory and body movements in the air, we notice their body strength, coordination, control, confidence, focus, resilience, and even their social-emotional development unfolding naturally.
Some children were adventurous immediately.
Some needed reassurance before trying.
Some kept practising until they mastered a movement.
And every child moved at their own pace beautifully.
This is why we love sensory and aerial-based movement so much, children are not forced to “perform”. They learn through play, body awareness, trust, and felt safety.
When children feel safe in their bodies, confidence grows naturally. ✨
If your child is between age 5–12, our June Zen in the Sky workshops are open:
☁️ 3-hour taster workshop
☁️ 10-hour immersive workshop

❤️ Teachers give so much, it’s time to receive.
Before they can pour into others, teachers need to be filled up too. 💛
Myring Release & Mindful Movement
🙏 A beautiful reminder that when teachers slow down, they show up even more powerfully for their students.
⭕️ The Myring
a Korean massage tool designed to relieve myofascial tightness and release tension in tired muscles, melts away what the body has been holding.
🐝 Paired with Mindful Movement and Bee Breathing (that gorgeous rhythm and hum that grounds your whole nervous system ✨),
Teachers discovered tools they can use right at their desks. 🙏
And the mindful movements and breathing techniques aren’t just for them, they’re tools they can bring into the classroom to help children ground and regulate their nervous systems, too.
What a gift. 🎁
Myring Release & Mindful Movement

Children moving through the garden,
pausing where they felt curious…
lingering where something caught their attention 💛
No rushing. No pressure.
No fixed or right way of doing things.
Just a beautiful kind of free flow, child-led exploration, being part of a community, and it showed.
In the garden, they plucked, tasted, discovered…
fresh sugarcane, crisp cucumbers,
and our farm-to-table mulberry leaf & Indian borage pesto 🌱
💛 One parent shared:
“It’s our first time plucking and eating directly from a garden, feeling safe knowing no pesticides or chemicals are used.”
And children learn more than play,
they learn how to share space, respect nature, and be part of something bigger than themselves 🌿
🥚 Eggs found, shared, and celebrated together
🎨 Colours explored freely, in their own way
✂️ Quiet focus at the craft tables
🖍 Chalk spaces slowly built side by side
Just children following their own pace,
their own curiosity,
their own voice.
💛 And these were the moments that stayed with us:
“My child enjoyed being back in this garden again.”
“You’ve inspired my child to set up his own kids’ booth next time.”
“Thanks to this event, my child now enjoys pesto.”
“My child even used natural sugarcane as a teether.” 🥹
❤️ Because we believe…
When children are given space,
they naturally move towards curiosity, creativity, and connection.
When experiences are grounded in nature,
something within them softens — and opens.
✨ And this is just the beginning
This June, our Mindfulness Holiday Camp will be back in the garden for Day One with mindful gardening, sensory exploration, and gentle regulation practices 🌿

More than just aerial yoga.
It’s about what happens within your child while they move, pause, and try again.
At Mindful Space, we don’t rush children into confidence.
We build the foundations first,
❤️safety, awareness, and regulation.
Because when a child feels safe in their body,
confidence follows naturally.
And sometimes, growth looks like:
💛 pausing instead of pushing
💛 trying instead of avoiding
💛 staying instead of shutting down
If you’ve been looking for something that goes beyond “just an activity”…
this is that space.

Most children don’t struggle because they “can’t.”
They struggle because:
they feel unsure
they feel overwhelmed
they don’t feel safe enough to try
And when that happens, we often respond by:
giving them more activities
more structure
more instructions
But what they really need is something else.
A space where they can:
🌿 slow down
🌿 feel their body
🌿 understand their emotions
At Mindful Space, we don’t just run camps.
We create experiences where children learn to:
🤍 trust themselves
🤍 regulate their emotions
🤍 build confidence and awareness from within
Through movement, mindfulness, and real-life activities like:
🍃 gardening, 🛒 grocery trips, 🥘 cooking, 🤸♀️aerial hammock, 🧘 yoga, 🙏 mindfulness, 🛝 outdoor playground and water play
✨ something shifts
They pause instead of react
They try instead of avoid
They begin to feel more like themselves
This June, we’re holding:
• Mindfulness Holiday Camp
• Zen in the Sky (Aerial Workshop)
We’re also noticing more parents signing their children up with a friend, and it makes a big difference in how children settle in and open up 💛
If you’re looking for something more meaningful this holiday…
not just to keep them busy, but to truly support their growth

They first came to us during Mindfulness Holiday Camp…
a little unsure, still building strength,
but so full of quiet courage.
They struggled with the aerial hammock,
not quite having the strength to pull themselves up at first.
But their resilience shone through.
They completed what once felt very challenging,
simply because they set their minds to it.
They tried.
They wobbled.
And they kept going.
With a little support, a safe space, and time,
we watched them open, grow,
and begin to trust their own bodies.
Today, they returned for our Family Easter gathering in the garden,
balancing in yoga poses at the outdoor playground,
moving with more confidence, more ease.
They were so inspired by the kids’ booth
that they’ve already asked to set up one of their own next time.
From participants… to creators.
Each time we see them,
we witness a little more strength,
a little more confidence,
a little more of who they are becoming.
And when parents share that
their children were most excited
to see the teachers again…
that truly warms our hearts.
This is what we hold close —
the relationships, the growth, the trust.
Today’s moment,
we were reminded how even 5 days camp
can leave a lasting imprint on a child ❤️
Thank you for trusting us,
and for being part of the Mindful Space family 🤍
