Congratulations to our women's Epee fencer, Fiona for coming in TOP 8 in the senior Epee trials competition held yesterday.

This is a breakthrough for our Epee fencers as their performance continues to climb under Coach Du's training.

Both coach and Fiona have been devoting their time and energy to training. Even though we did not manage to clinch a medal, we are proud of the drastic improvements our Epee fencers have made, one of which is Fiona.

Ngee Ann Poly Fencing Invites, a competition that will have special significance to YiFencers. 3 years ago, it was this competition that marked the beginning of YiFencers. Our young fencers were visibly nervous then, but they bravely fought on. It was an valuable experience for all the fencers.

It was here that YiFencers won by losing. Thank you, Ngee Ann Poly Fencing.

Yifencers annual end of year training camp is here again! And this time, coach yi and the fencers will be travelling to Wuhan, China, to train with the national team there.

This overseas training camp not only provides quality training to the young fencers, it is also a great platform for the young fencers to be learn to be independent and experience being in a foreign country, at the same time exposing themselves to the different training regimes and the different standards of international fencers.

More fencers will be joining in at different dates.

We wish all of them a safe and fulfilling trip! :)

This morning, A group of parents and their kids dropped by to Yifencers for free trial lesson!

We believe that having the passion and enjoying what you do will bring you far! Which is why we offer free trial lessons for everyone to try out fencing. You will be able to get a hands on experience on fencing with a sword and a brief introduction to the different weapons in fencing!

Congratulations to our sabre fencer, Fabien Lauf, once again for displaying great fencing skills to take home the gold medal at the recently concluded Lipa Acadamy for Math and Science (LAMS) fencing trophee held in Phillipines on the 26 -27 September 2015.
