On 12 April 2024, our Secondary 3 Cadets participated in a joint outreach Values In Action (VIA) activity with GoodLife! Ageing Centre towards the elderly.
Through the VIA, our Cadets helped raise awareness of scams and how to tackle them, through the use of posters and videos created by themselves.
The Cadets also had sharing sessions together with the elderly participants to get to know them better and discuss more on scam prevention measures.
We enjoyed our partnership with GoodLife! for the event and are glad to have had the opportunity to spread scam awareness.

Welcoming our Secondary 1 Squad DragonZ to the VSNPCC family!
The Secondary 1 cadets were newly introduced to VSNPCC, and have started getting used to their new CCA, forging strong bonds among their fellow squadmates.
A few days after being integrated into NPCC, the Secondary 1 cadets were brought to the Police Heritage Centre, where they discovered more about the evolution of policing over the years in Singapore.
Having had an absolute blast of an introduction into the CCA, we would like to wish them all the very best as they embark on their exciting journey through NPCC!

But it wasn't just about conquering peaks; our cadets also gave back to society, sharing joy with the children at Ta Van Primary School through different games stations and spoken interactions.
Beyond the breathtaking landscapes, our cadets formed bonds that transcended borders, connecting with their fellow UG mates amidst the awe-inspiring views of Vietnam. Be it through meals, shared experiences, and helping one another during the treks, cadets have definitely found new friends during their time here in Vietnam. 🌏
This incredible opportunity allowed our cadets to break free from routine, pushing beyond comfort zones. It's a memory etched in the hearts of all who were part of this journey – an unforgettable chapter for all the VS UGs story. Stay tuned for more exciting overseas excursions, as we continue to explore, learn, and grow together! 💙✨

Xin chào! 🌟
Greetings from the Land of the Ascending Dragon! From November 16 to 22, the VS Uniformed Groups (UGs) embarked on a 7D6N trip to Vietnam – a monumental journey marking our first overseas escapade since the pandemic. 🛫
Our cadets delved into the vibrant tapestry of Vietnam, immersing themselves in its rich history, breathtaking sceneries, and the pulsating beat of its culture. A test of both physical and mental strength awaited as they conquered the ascent of Fansipan Mountain and trekked through the picturesque landscapes of Sapa. 🌄
Additionally, cadets experienced riding a funicular and a cable car in Sapa, as well as taking an overnight train from Hanoi to Sapa. They further immersed themselves in the lives of locals through a homestay in one of the villages in Sapa.

On 10 and 15 November 2023,
VSNPCC carried out the annual Flag Painting Day in preparation for this year’s Unit Training Camp (UTC). Across the two days, cadets were given the chance to build camaraderie with their barrackmates and barrack NCOs. Furthermore, they learnt and practiced their campfire cheers, and painted out their barrack flags to be used during the UTC.
The barracks, Green Temporal Timewalkers, Red Rapid Travellers, Blue Supreme Chronos, and Black Relentless Wraiths had created their respective barrack flags and names based on this year’s UTC theme of time travel.
Let’s look forward to this year’s UTC!
