Nobody cares about what you have to say until you win

Each teaches you a different lessons, but none that you will not eventually experience (if you're going in the right direction)

Embrace challenges and failures for it shapes you and make you stronger

The current covid-19 situation is bad, that is a fact, and it has been made many times worse by the constant bombarding of negativity by the media

Every time you turn on the tv/radio/internet, its filled with pessimissm

The media is free to publish whatever they like that gets them the views, and negative news always fulfil that objective

Learn to stay calm in this era of negativity, and always stay positive no matter what the world throws to you

In the field of psychology, the Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people assess their cognitive ability as greater than it is.

It is related to the cognitive bias of illusory superiority and comes from the inability of people to recognize their lack of ability.

Without the self-awareness of metacognition, people cannot objectively evaluate their competence or incompetence.

This is a natural human tendency. Interestingly, many of those who underestimate their own abilities tend to be smarter and more capable. They assume others have the same insight they do.

Whereas those who tend to overestimate their ability, and simplify the complexity of a skill they know little about, tend to be less capable individuals overall.

Dunning and Kruger hypthosesize that people, at all performance levels, are equally poor at estimating their relative performance.

After reading this, my hope is that we can all assume less, ask more, and embark on an insatiable quest to be less wrong.
