What does it take to build smarter, not bigger? πŸ’‘β€‹

At Workshop #2: MVP Development for Startups, participants explored how to validate ideas before investing more time, effort and resources into building them.

From the MoSCoW Prioritisation Method to different types of MVPs, the session unpacked how founders can focus on what matters most, test key assumptions and gather meaningful feedback from real users.

One key takeaway: an MVP is not simply a smaller product; it is the smallest experiment for your riskiest assumption.

Thank you to Mr Andrew Yeo and everyone who joined us for an afternoon of thoughtful questions, practical insights and idea-sharing.
