3G Abacus 第三代算盘珠心算 U E Learning Centre has been established since 2002. In the next 10 years, we look forward to welcome more overseas franchisees.

3rd Generation(3G) 2-in-1 Abacus® is a new concept that relies on the proven skills of its founder to expand the awareness of the 3rd Generation Abacus and the growing need for mathematics training. We have came through these years from initially insufficient resources, no trained teachers, no students and no materials till now having nearly 100 trained instructors. Every year, we have more than 2000 new students amongst various locations in Singapore namely residential committees, community centres, education centres, kindergartens and schools etc. With more students worldwide, we will be organising International Competition. We also hope to create E-Learning Systems for 3G Abacus so as to benefit more people.

第三代算盘在市场上是一个新概念。它的创办人，徐玉华老师，根据现代社会需求，研发出了一套更接近现代数学教学法的算术系统。徐老师带领着她的团队，以严格要求引领珠心算市场。

优异学习坊成立于2002年。在这十年里，我们从无到有，从零开始，无教师，无学生，无教材。一直到今天，我们已拥有近五十位的教师团队。每年有超过两千人的新生人数，遍布全新加坡各个角落（居委会、联络所、教育中心、幼稚园、学校等等）。

接下来的十年，我展望未来的远景。我们将会开发海外国际市场加盟，主办国际比赛，开发网络学习，让更多的人受益。在不久的未来，我们希望能通过多媒体的发展，让第三代算盘以崭新的学习管道走进学习者的世界。
