SparkFacility made its appearance at National Arts Council yesterday and a consensus was made- SparkFacility will play a complementary role to NAC in providing funding to arts groups in Singapore. We are not just going to provide funding, but a lot more support to established and budding artists like you out there.

Arts groups get more funding from NAC Performing arts group Apsaras Arts received a $150,000 boost from the National Arts Council (NAC) this week. The Indian classical dance company is receiving a Traditional Arts Seed Grant from the council for the first time.

In fact, one of the recent Arts & Culture Strategic Review Committee’s recommendations was to — “invest more in the experimentation, creation and incubation of new content."
