Job Description:

Edit, proofread, improve, and create engaging content quickly, efficiently, and against deadlines.

Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels. (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)

Generate ideas to increase customer engagement, while receiving and responding to feedback from customers.

Collaborate with Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer to create visuals that bring your writing to life.

Research topics, such as specific personas and industries and technologies, in order to create copy that speaks authentically to our audience.

Incorporate SEO best practices into writing, including the integration of keywords and in-line links.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong communication and presentation skills

2. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.

3. Strong knowledge and interest in successful strategies used by other companies to promote through social media.

4. Photo & video-editing experience.

Provide daily Office Administration / Operation Support & Co-ordination to the relevant departments

Job Description

Create Visual Brand Identity

Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials or advertisements

Produce new artwork based on brand guidelines agreed with our marketing team

Create print and digital advertising materials

Develop Key Visuals and Collaterals for Marketing Campaigns

Create brand identity and style guide for the company’s marketing needs

Assist in management of website, newsletters and all other company materials, where necessary

Design all graphic, sales and marketing materials e.g. EDM / Posters / Banners / Sales Display

Adapt visuals to our key marketing channels

Adapt designs to the Indonesia and Malaysia markets

Format them for social media use to drive conversions and optimizations

Manage Design from Concept to Production

Work according to briefs for the branding needs and guidelines

Engage with external printers or contractors/suppliers/vendors to ensure highest quality and deadlines are met

Proper documentation of all design files

Teacher Fabian plays the double bass in the jazz quartet, known as Evolution Quartet. Last September, the quartet released their very first album, Reflections. The album consists of 7 full-length tracks that are full of personality and soul, each with its own story to tell.

The multi-talented musician Teacher Fabian teaches the Bass Guitar, Piano, Pop Guitar and Theory in our school and is well-loved by so many of our students and parents!
