So much fun introducing Hardstyle to our Intro students this month, serving it with the same hotness as our Singapore's weather 🤣 Harder variations were prepared for students who are more experienced in Exo and naturally, Louis is here showcasing the harder variations! Can you guess which 2 tricks were "toughened up" for our experienced Intro/Beginner students?

SLINKY BOOTCAMP 1, Intake 1, 2 & 3!!
Yes, we had 3 bootcamps concurrently 🥳🥳

In this bootcamp, lots of conditioning was done, both for strength and flexibility to achieve better slinky movements. We focused on moving slow first, learning to create goo-ier movements. We also worked on slinkifying movements to different song genres and tackled edgework!
