🎓✨ Education and Career Guidance Fair 2025 ✨🎓
Our Education and Career Guidance Fair last month provided valuable insights and opportunities for our students as they explored their future pathways.
The morning programme was designed for our graduating Sec 4 and 5 students, featuring plenary sessions by Eunoia JC, Nanyang Polytechnic and ITE College Central, where we were also joined by our friends from Pathlight. Students also benefited from sharing on the PFP and DPP pathways by our alumni, as well as an EAE write up workshop conducted by our ECG Counsellor, Ms Lim Ser Yee.
Students then attended breakout sessions, choosing from a wide range of post secondary institutions and industry sharings by our alumni, PSG and SAC members. We are grateful to all our speakers for generously sharing their experiences and insights. A special mention to Professor Joel Lee Joel Lee from NUS, who engaged students interested in the legal industry and shared valuable perspectives on negotiation and mediation.
In the afternoon, the exhibition booths segment in the school hall welcomed Sec 2 and 3 students alongside their parents. Booths featured organisations such as Allkin Singapore, SingHealth, Raffles Institution, Nanyang JC, NAFA, LASALLE and all five polytechnics, offering students a broader perspective of pathways and opportunities ahead.
A meaningful experience that empowered our students to make informed decisions about their future.

🌍Earth Day 2026: Adopt-a-Plant Campaign at Mayflower Secondary 🌱
This Earth Day, Mayflower Secondary School took a small but meaningful step towards environmental stewardship with our Adopt-a-Plant Campaign. Students were invited to choose a plant and care for it daily, learning firsthand what it meant to nurture and protect living things.
By adopting a plant, students built responsibility, contributed to a greener school environment and supported their own well-being. Watching their plants grow was both calming and rewarding. 🌿
Students started with easy-to-care-for options like Indian Borage, Wandering Jew, and the ever-popular Money Plant.
We grew together—one plant at a time. Every small action counted in caring for our Earth. 🌏💚
