It's our great honour to have students from Beijing Language and Culture University, China to visit our esteem SCALA on the 8th January 2024.

During the visit, they have been introduced to what SCALA is doing as a supply chain and logistics academy and an Experiential Workplace Learning Pilar by our CEO, Mr Ian Dyason.

We also have discussed on future Executive Programme which will be our main focus for further international collaboration.

🎉 We're excited to welcome the Singapore Institute of Technology's Bachelor of Science with Honours in Digital Supply Chain (DSC) students to Supply Chain And Logistics Academy - SCALA! 🙌🏼 This cohort of 43 students will be joining us for the Supply Chain 4.0 module, jointly designed by Supply Chain And Logistics Academy - SCALA and Y3 Technologies, from 5 May to 16 June 2023. During their time here, they'll be learning about Y3 Technologies' innovative smart technologies for Supply Chain. 🚀

This marks the beginning of their 3rd school trimester, where they'll be fully immersed in industry work-study attachments and attending classes taught by industry experts at partnering companies. The DSC programme https://bit.ly/3VCLsbd was developed in consultation with industry partners such as ST Logistics, YCH Group, Y3 Technologies and Singapore Logistics Association, to provide students with real-world industry exposure and experience. We are proud to be working with these industry partners to co-develop and co-deliver the curriculum.🤝

🙌 Today, we had an extraordinary opportunity to host a group of young student leaders from Hwa Chong Institution who are on the Hwa Chong Ong Teng Cheong Leadership Certification Programme. Supply Chain And Logistics Academy - SCALA’s CEO, Dr Victor Goh gave an inspiring talk to the students on the topic of Transformational Leadership. He shared about the 7 Key Characteristics of Transformational Leaders and a transformational leader is one who focuses on empowering others and inspiring change. 🙏

The students expressed awe at the Supply Chain City and the accomplishments that YCH Group has made. 👏They were also amazed at how the supply chain and logistics industry has become so technologically driven.

The seeding of future leaders begins with these young minds, we are excited to see what they achieve in the future! 😀
