Bringing culture into the classroom!
Through a hands-on dumpling-making session, our Year 4 students explored Chinese traditions and discovered how cultural appreciation brings people together.
By learning how to make dumplings from scratch, they experienced one of the many Chinese cultural activities in a fun and meaningful way!

Wrapping up Semester 1 the best way we know how. On the field, together.

Sports Day brought our community alive with energy and a spirit of competition. Students, staff and families came together not just to compete, but to support, encourage and uplift one another.

Here's to the community that makes it all meaningful!

Our Japanese language class students came together to bring their very own Carp Streamers to life!

May is a special month in Japan, filled with celebrations emphasising growth and bright futures. While working hard on their masterpiece, they also learnt about the deep meaning behind these iconic carps. 🌊💪

Taking a leaf out of our Mandarin lesson (quite literally!)

🪴 Our recent Mandarin programme focused on topics related to planting. Students traded reading out of textbooks for hands-on activities. They tried nurturing their own little “green gems” while practising their language skills by reading and following instructions in Mandarin.

And that’s a wrap on our Agroforest Farm Day!

After 4 months of hard work, our students brought everything to life through a fully student-led showcase at our newest Agroforest Farm and Farm Market. From sustainably made products to creatively designed product stickers, entrepreneurial spirit was shining through.

A big thank you to Artlay Studio for sponsoring the pressed flowers activity, and to NParks for the generous donation of trees — now planted and rooted as part of our growing farm.

Most importantly, a huge shoutout to our incredible community for your generosity at the Farm Market. Together, we exceeded our goal, raising over $2,500 for World Vision International

We’re seeing this shift firsthand. More families today are looking beyond academics, and towards confidence, character, and real-world readiness.

What kind of future we are preparing our children for?

More parents in Singapore are starting to look beyond traditional academics 👀📚

Today’s families are paying closer attention to confidence, creativity, emotional growth, and future-ready learning environments for their children. Schools that focus on balance, sustainability, and real-world skills are quietly gaining more attention among international families.

Could the definition of a “good school” be changing? 🌱✨

Our preschoolers took learning beyond the classroom, transforming the great outdoors into a living classroom. They set up mats and used different tools to learn maths in an open space, turning abstract math concepts into tangible, hands-on experience.

Instead of being taught how to measure, they learnt to seek answers through the tools that they were given. Math becomes more than a subject - it becomes a tool for them to explore the world around them.

A Coffee Camp for those who can’t drink (coffee) yet!

Our Year 5 students attended an experiential workshop to explore the world of coffee — without the much needed caffeine hit (some) adults require! This immersive camp helped students uncover coffee’s rich history and explore the sustainability challenges of modern production, extending their learning well beyond the classroom.

Under the guidance of a professional barista, they worked with different grades of beans, learning to identify quality through scent and observation.

Beyond the brew, students worked on a coffee project experimenting with ways to repurpose coffee grounds, ensuring every part of the bean is put to good use.

Stay tuned for more updates on this coffee journey~
