🇸🇬❤️ RHD 2026 - Our People, Our Tapestry! ❤️🇸🇬

Our little ones took a trip down memory lane as they enjoyed traditional Singapore games like hopscotch, pick-up sticks, Old Maid, and Snap! 🎲🪁 They also learnt how Singapore's different races and cultures come together to create the vibrant and harmonious nation we call home.

To wrap up the celebration, the children worked hand in hand to weave a beautiful masterpiece, symbolising that despite our differences, we are strongest when we stand united. 🌈🤝 Together, we weave a kinder, stronger, and more harmonious Singapore! ❤️

🐉🚣 Dragon Boat Festival Fun! ✨

Our little ones discovered the traditions of the Dragon Boat Festival, learning about why people eat delicious dumplings and the exciting dragon boat races 🚣.

This year, we brought the celebration to life with our very own boat race! From creating boats using recycled materials ♻️ to racing them, and even experiencing what it's like to paddle a boat themselves, our children embraced every moment with curiosity, teamwork, and lots of smiles. 💚

一起“追”彩虹啦✨

小朋友们用手电筒和教具，把彩虹“请”到了墙壁上，仔细瞧了瞧彩虹里藏着哪些颜色。
接着，老师告诉大家彩虹出现的小秘密，还有它的七种颜色好朋友：
红🍎、橙🍊、黄🍋、绿🍃、蓝💙、靛💜、紫🍇。

动动小手时间，小朋友们变成小小艺术家，按数字1–7的顺序，为彩虹涂上了正确的颜色，再把作品贴得漂漂亮亮～

每一个小朋友都超认真，宝贝们不光把颜色认得牢牢的，还学会了彩虹的七色排队顺序啦～🥳

Parental Involvement 🧑‍🧑‍🧒✨

We had a special parent-child activity where Callen’s mum led us in a fun storytelling session! 📖 She read “Peppa’s New Baby Sister”, one of our favourites, and the children were all ears and full of excitement 💛

After the story, it was time to get creative! 🎨 Using colourful ink pads and templates, the children explored finger painting and created bright, beautiful prints with their little fingers. So much joy seeing the colours come alive! 👏🌈

We love having our parents involved in our classroom activities! 💕 If you have an activity that you think your child’s classmates would enjoy, feel free to share it with us! You can drop the teachers a text or let us know during drop-off, we’d love to have you join us and be part of the fun ✨

🌏✨ International Friendship Day Fun! ✨🌏

This week, we celebrated International Friendship Day by diving deeper into the cultures of China 🇨🇳 and the Philippines 🇵🇭!

We experienced a little glimpse of how Chinese New Year is celebrated in China 🧧 and watched our teachers in action as they demonstrated the lively bamboo dance (Tinikling) 🎋💃

Our Junior Kindergarten had a blast getting hands-on from making dumplings from scratch 🥟 to trying out the Tinikling dance themselves!

Such a meaningful and fun-filled experience as we learn to appreciate different cultures around the world 💛🌍
