🚨 Before you travel to Bali (SEAMO X candidates & families), please do these 3 steps:

1) Apply for automated immigration clearance
Immigration queues are long (30-45 min) Apply for automated clearance at https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/web/visa-selection so you may skip the queue and save time.

✅ Tip: Your passport and passport photo are required for this process. Keep your visa application number — you’ll need it for Step 3.

2) Pay the Bali Tourist Levy (Tourism Tax)
Pay Rp 150,000 per person here:

3) Use the All Indonesia app.
Download the app and complete your arrival form + get your QR code.

✅ Tip: you’ll need your visa application number and hotel name. Once completed, save the QR code and show it to the officer after baggage collection.

Dear Participants,
Thank you for the overwhelming response to SEAMO X 2026 Bali! Our Gala Dinner seats are almost fully booked, and once they are sold out, no more tickets will be released.

✅ Only ticket holders will be allowed to enter the Gala Dinner venue — STRICTLY NO ENTRY without a ticket.
✅ Participants who do not hold a Gala Pass will not be able to collect their medals at the ceremony. Your medals will instead be shipped to your country after the event.

We are currently in discussion with the hotel to see if seating can be rearranged to add more tickets, but this is NOT guaranteed.
So if you plan to attend the Gala Dinner and join the Awards Ceremony in Bali, please purchase your Gala Pass NOW before seats are gone.
