The world of work is changing so fast that 65% of children entering primary school today, will end up working in completely new job types that do not yet exist. The future will offer less and less in terms of conventional occupations and industries that we can slot themselves into; rather, it demands that we constantly invent and reinvent ourselves to create new roles and points of relevance for t

hemselves. Knowledge no longer suffices; we need the capacity to process information and make sense of large amounts of data. Skills are far from static; we must learn how to learn and innovate at the edges. The future is changing; are you ready? BOLD AT WORK is a new way of equipping young people with the 21st century skills needed for the future of work.

AuroraSync began with a simple question.

What if career discovery didn’t come from listening to speakers but from stepping into the work itself?

Inspired by mystery dining experiences, AuroraSync invited participants to solve a case inside the tech industry while taking on real professional roles.

Working in small teams alongside industry mentors, they navigated the hidden dynamics of tech teams, decisions, and trade-offs.

What emerged wasn’t just answers about jobs.

It was reflection about fit, values and possibility.

We’re deeply grateful to the mentors who helped bring the experience to life.

AuroraSync was our first prototype.

Next: Sunset Ward (18 March)— a tabletop simulation exploring the realities of the health and community care sector. LINK IN BIO, limited slots.

Because sometimes the best way to understand a career

You’re not behind. You’re not alone. 🤍 In a fast-changing world, uncertainty about work is normal. What most of us were never taught is how to navigate it , how to process the stress, clarify what matters, and move forward without having everything figured out.

This 2.5-hour reflective workshop is a pause. A space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and design work that feels aligned.

🗓️ 14 March 2025, 5pm-730pm

Using Bold At Work’s Career Design & Good Work framework, you’ll explore:
🌱 Where your stress and doubts are coming from
🧭 What truly matters when the path isn’t clear
🔎 Your personal Good Work Mix (Recognition, Impact, Expression)
🛠 Small, intentional next steps you can realistically take
🚀 Healthier ways to think about risk, change & “not knowing”

This isn’t about giving you answers. It’s about helping you design your own.
Come design your version of Good Work one step at a time. ✨

On the eve of 🍊Lunar New Year🍊, as we sweep, declutter, and make space for new beginnings…What if we also made space for a good day?

Not the rushed, packed, “I’ll rest later” kind. But a day to arrive in your own body.To awaken your senses. To nourish conversations. To gather with kindness. To slow down enough to restore.

✨ A Good Day is our one-day experiment in living differently even just for a few hours.

Come for:
🌿 Gentle movement and coffee rituals
📖 Quiet reading and meaningful conversations
🍵 Tea as a love language
🌙 Space to breathe, reflect, and reset

It’s free. It’s open. It’s for anyone who wants to begin the year not just with noise but with intention.

As we welcome a new cycle, maybe the most radical thing we can do… is design a better day.

Bring a friend. Or come as you are.

At PDD, we’re experimenting with a simple question:

What kind of day does this place make possible?

Our co-creators answered not with plans but with textures, tastes, and feelings.

Because health doesn’t just live in habits.
It lives in how a day unfolds.

Listen in.
And ask yourself “what would you design?”
