After months of searching, we have finally settled down! The Promenade @ Pelikat it shall be! We are thankful to have met a dedicated agent and an easy-going landlord.
We have successfully changed the use of the premises from "retail" to "education centre". After which, we applied for Fire Safety Certificate with FSSD, and it was approved last week.
Today we finally have all the documents ready to register with MOE! Will hear from MOE in 14 days!
It has been a week from our submission of documents to MOE. Hope to hear from them soon!
Today opened an account with SP Services. Electrician will be viewing the cove tomorrow morning. Will be having electricity soon! Yay!
