Our 3-4 year olds impressed us with their focus and precision as they practiced cutting intricate shapes with scissors! With patience and a steady hand, they carefully followed the lines and created neat, beautiful shapes for their salad ingredients. It’s amazing to see our Finches’ confidence and fine motor skills growing with each snip! 👏

In this workshop, students will discover the art of abstract illustration with acrylic paint. They’ll explore various artistic elements like dots, lines, shapes, and colors, crafting their own unique color palettes. Through hands-on practice, they’ll learn brush control with directional strokes and experiment with layered designs to bring depth and creativity to their pieces.

Sundaes aren’t just for eating, they’re for sculpting too!

Our sparrows (5-6yo) started with a simple idea, sketching out their dream sundae. Then, step by step, they brought it to life using clay-carefully molding each scoop and shaping every detail, right down to the cherry on top!

Here’s a series of watercolour portrait studies by our teenage student. 😍

Painting realistic portraits are never with just one generic colour. With good observation, you are able to see that every portrait has varying tones and colours. Hence, it is important for our students to have a basic understanding of colour mixing and tonal value to depict the colours and tones in their portrait painting.

With the right technique, portrait painting is absolutely enjoyable and not so difficult after all!

Our students never fail to amaze us!

Here are some mixed media art of the Indian Classical Dancer by our 5-6yo flock. In this lesson, students were introduced to basic human figure drawing techniques and learnt to construct the figure by breaking down the parts and shapes.

Every piece turned out unique as each student explored drawing different dance pose and applied their own choice of contrasting colour scheme to their masterpiece! 😍

We are happy to announce the resumption of physical classes starting this week!

Zoom classes were great! But nothing beats the luxury of time spent together with our students in the classroom! Not just the art-learning part but also having that good rapport and interaction before and after class. We missed everybody and are thrilled to see our students again! 😊

Please be assured that we are taking the necessary saftey measures at the studio.
As much as we miss catching up with our dear parents, we still advise the kids to be dropped off instead to minimise traffic in the studio.
