The Shiny Object Syndrome is everywhere; it's not fatal, but it may cause you to lose focus, self-esteem to suffer and sometimes financial loss.

Symptoms: Easily distracted by'shiny' new idea. Cause you to run in circles, constantly feeling busy and overwhelming.

Prevention: Know your purpose, set goals and stay with it.
