Sometimes what we call “misbehaviour” is simply an unmet need trying to find a voice. A meltdown may be overwhelm. Withdrawal may be exhaustion. Silence may be fear.
Before asking how to correct it, perhaps we first need to ask what it is trying to communicate. If this resonates with what you are seeing in your classroom, therapy room or at home, save this post and share it with a fellow educator, therapist or caregiver who may need this reminder today.

The future of education is no longer one-size-fits-all.
It is adaptive. It is inclusive. It is responsive to every learner in the room.
For international schools seeking stronger support frameworks in neurodiversity, literacy, communication and classroom inclusion, our Q2–Q4 programmes are designed to bridge theory with practical classroom breakthroughs.
Because the best classrooms are the ones where every child finds a way in.

At Bridging Talents, we believe that professional growth should feel accessible, especially for practitioners who are investing in their own development. Through various initiatives with SALT and SAOT, our programmes are rooted in a shared commitment to support professionals who continue to deepen their expertise in service of better outcomes.

Every course we run begins with a simple question:
What do educators and professionals tell us they need most?
Over the past year, participants shared that they needed:
• clearer strategies for behaviour
• deeper understanding of emotional needs
• practical tools for neurodiverse learners
• approaches that work in real classrooms, not ideal ones
So we rebuilt, refined and expanded our workshops.
Every module, every example, every strategy is rooted in what past participants told us helps — and what hasn’t helped enough.
Here’s one reflection that continues to guide our work:
“The training didn’t just give me new tools. It finally explained why my old tools weren’t working.”
This is why our courses evolve:
because you tell us where the gaps are,
and we respond by creating learning that lasts.
