Healthy Habits 2021

This year, staff and students embark on a mission to develop healthy habits through the various programmes introduced by the PE department. For a start, the Annual Road Run event has gone virtual! Using the D3_VR App, students will utilize the app to record their best timing as well as to clock distance, at their own time and convenience. On top of that, we encourage staff and students to explore the open spaces available to engage in physical activities, and the 2 chosen parks for our March term break challenge are Labrador Park and Jurong Lake Gardens.

We encourage families and loved ones to participate in these physical challenges together to forge strong bonds as well as to stay active and healthy. It’s never too early or too late to work towards a healthier you!
