💡 But how does a promising research idea actually make its way from the university into the marketplace?
 
In a recent interactive workshop, Dr Sze unpacked the essentials from IP ownership and invention disclosures to patents, licensing and working effectively with industry partners.
 
Participants also learned how SMU’s Knowledge Transfer & Commercialisation ( ) team helps researchers protect their innovations and find pathways to practical impact.
