From 20th to 23rd May 2026, our Primary 5 Woodlanders set off on an unforgettable adventure to Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam!

Every moment was crafted to spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and build bridges across cultures. From making friends during a lively cultural exchange at FPT Schools, to getting their hands dirty in one of Tra Que Village’s lush farms, to crafting beautiful lanterns at Viet Town Handcraft Village, our students dove heart-first into every experience. Exploring the Marble Mountains and wandering the vibrant streets of Hoi An Ancient Town, they discovered new perspectives and lasting memories. The journey wrapped up at the Da Nang 3D Art Museum, where laughter and awe filled the air as optical illusions sparked teamwork and joy. This trip was more than a learning journey, it was a celebration of connection, wonder, and growth.

Last Saturday evening, our Chinese dancers took to the stage at Fuchun Community Club, where our school was honoured to present a special performance at the festive dinner.

Amid the warm gathering of residents and community partners, our Chinese dancers stepped forward with confidence and poise, their energetic and vibrant performance beautifully capturing the spirit of the celebration.

More than just a showcase of talent, the performance reflected our students’ dedication and pride, while strengthening the meaningful bonds between our school and the wider community.

Last week, our school had the privilege of welcoming seniors from Lions Befrienders to celebrate Chinese New Year with us. What began as a festive concert grew into a meaningful intergenerational experience, as our student leaders accompanied the seniors throughout the programme.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Parent Support Group (PSG) for their strong support. They assisted with the school decorations and thoughtfully helped to host and care for our invited guests, adding warmth to the celebration.

We are grateful for the close partnership between school and community, which made this event a success.

As we gallop into the Year of the Horse, we wish everyone good health, happiness, and continued success in the year ahead. 🧧✨
